Photo Charting Service

PHOTO CHARTING SERVICE

If you would like a personal cross stitch chart, you've come to the right place.

If you can supply me with a good quality photograph or picture, that belongs to you (please don't ask me to convert Disney pictures, or any other copyrighted material) then I may be able to convert it for you.

No payment needed up front. I will do the work and you only pay once you see the result and are happy. I cannot guarantee that all pictures can be converted successfully, which is why I don't take payment until you are satisfied.
I will endeavour to send you a simulated image (like the Bumblebee and Dog above), not an image of the chart - but what it would look like stitched, within 48-72 hours of receiving it.

I can even put a simulated mount and frame on your design, just like the dog above!

Payment is easy. Amazon Gift Voucher or Paypal (for a small additional fee) or Paypal Gifted - whichever you prefer! Once you're happy with the design I'll supply you with my email address for payment..

The cost for your chart in PDF format, sent to a valid email address is: £15
If you want a printed copy - which will be on standard paper in black & white symbols, with a colour 'finished design' simulation photo: £20, including shipping and printing costs.

Printed copies are ONLY available to a UK addresses.
Customers outside the UK must be able to receive a PDF file to a valid email address.

Still not convinced? Then read my post here: Converting a Photograph or Other Picture.
You can also see a Gallery of previous charts here.
This will show you how I go about converting your picture, and also what kind of finished result you will hopefully get.
My goal is to give you a detailed design that you will be proud to hang on your wall.
I'm a cross stitcher too (if you haven't guessed from reading my blog), so I know how much time and effort goes into creating your work of art; so I want it to be the best it can for you.

What I will need from you:
1. A good quality digital image to work with - preferably above 1000dpi. I can try with a lower quality image, but results are less likely to be of a high standard.
2. You preference on size, fabric count and maximum number of colours. Although some flexibility may be required to get the best out of your image. Once again, see my blog entry on converting a photograph for an explanation on how size affects results.

DON'T SETTLE FOR THIS:
(Note the clock face, roof tiles, stonework, windows, tree)

WHEN YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO HAVE THIS:
(See the same details, but this time they are clearer and more defined giving a much better result)

I use Easy Cross Enterprise for all my cross stitch conversions.
Each chart will come with a full key using DMC thread (please specify if you would prefer Anchor).

If you would like to take advantage of my service you can send your photo's to my email HERE.

I will endeavour to contact you shortly within 48 hours of receiving your message with the first pass at your conversion.

Alternatively contact me via Facebook HERE.

BONUS BARGAIN
If you finish any design I have charted for you and can supply a photograph of you with your finished design - and your permission to use the photo on my blog - I will chart your next photo for free OR give you a free chart from my exclusive designs.

The images used on this page are converted from photographs I took. The copyright belongs to me and they should not be copied or posted elsewhere.
 Please respect copyright law!

Many thanks and HAPPY STITCHING!!

  2. I had Neil chart a photo for me. I was impressed by how quickly he got back to me and how thorough he was with the charting, contacting me several times to make sure I was happy with the chart. The final chart was better than I could have hoped for!

  4. Hello Manda89.
Yes, you do get a floss list. A full key with DMC numbers assigned to symbols in included - just the same as any other chart you would buy.

  5. Neil did a chart of my dog for me. He is the dog pictured at the top of this page. The chart is great, so easy to follow. We had lots of communication, even with our vast time difference, and he made sure the chart was what I wanted and could work with, from size of aida to amount of colors. I cannot wait to see the finished project. I highly recommend Neil!
